CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify EllieRicohair at (636) 795-3316 as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. This policy allows me to accommodate other guests and continue providing the best experience possible.
